With the recent actions against several CFX members from CFX corporate we wanted to clear a couple things up …
We have a real company and when someone/anyone violates the Terms and Conditions, they jeopardize their account and could have their account(s) canceled/terminated.
Couple of points from the Terms:
Section 4.12 speaks about “making false claims and slander towards CFX to convince other CFX Users/customers to join other opportunities will not be tolerated”
As for “cross recruiting” see Section 4.9 and 4.12 will clear this one up for anyone that has any questions what is and is not acceptable.
Direct from the Terms “Such violation is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the Independent Account User and other legal actions.”
This is a very serious matter and one everyone here should be happy is in place to protect YOUR business from the unethical practices of others.
Let it be 100% clear, Luigi, Justin nor any other leader in CFX has the power to cancel or terminate anyone’s account. Truth is, the company takes the Terms very seriously to protect the Company and protect YOUR Business.
